Why Infiniti?

This is a question we sometimes ask ourselves, particularly at those times when we find that we have no vacancies for particular weeks up to a year ahead and also when we have guests - and Corralejo in general is quiet. There are probably many reasons why Infiniti has proved to be popular, but we think it is mainly the people who make Infiniti.

Our guests on Infiniti are, virtually without exception, very nice people! Thankfully, lager louts prefer other destinations, although our guests are certainly not adverse to a good bottle of wine and some genial socialising or alternatively to a gentle swim, a long soak in the spa or sauna - or even a quiet, lonesome snooze in one of the many nooks and crannies. Many make friends with other guests and also with us, and it is not unusual for them to book their next visit to “their apartment or villa” before they leave. However guests spend their time on Infiniti they can always be sure of a quiet, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

We like to think that Infiniti’s popularity has a little to do with the owners, the Bernsteins - Ian and Brenda and the Whatmoughs - Ruth and Ian. It was the four of us who conceived, designed, built and cried over our project in order to make Infiniti something very special and to offer our guests that little something extra.

Ian and Brenda are now residents of Fuerteventura, living on Infiniti for most of the year and, in addition to our resident staff, are on hand to personally make sure everything runs smoothly.

Ruth and Ian are residents of deepest, darkest Devon, looking after the UK end of things, dealing with much of the administration, advertising, websites and most importantly the finances.

Thirdly, and crucially, the smooth running of Infiniti has much to do with the staff who look after the day-to-day affairs. Ray and Sue are our resident staff. Ray looks after the fabric of the site, whilst Sue, as housekeeper, organises the maids and cleaners. Both are involved with taking bookings and sending out the necessary paperwork, which is now usually done by email, and also meeting guests on arrival and ensuring that their stay is a happy one.

We, on Infiniti, are always pleased to see visitors to the island. Whether you are thinking of your next visit or unhappy of the standard of where you are staying, come and meet us for a coffee or glass of wine and have a look round. However good our photographs may be, seeing Infiniti for yourself can only be better.
